Realizing matching gaps in the market and their friends’ workflows, OBNE is pleased to introduce MTET: the MIDI to Expression Translator. MTET is a simple device for complex workflows. It receives MIDI CC messages and turns them into expression outputs, allowing players to unlock MIDI control over their expression-enabled devices. Where once there was only a foot, now there is envelope control, LFO control, snapping to preset positions: any MIDI shape can express an OBNE (or similar) device.

Actively contending with the existential construct of “time,” Old Blood Noise Endeavors presents the BL-44 Reverse Variable Clock effector, a reverse effect that allows the user to change the clock speed of the entire sonic system. Through a simple control set, sounds ranging anywhere from lively harmony to faded memory can be achieved. The BL-44 is a true reverse effect, always reading backward what the player has most recently played, but with added depth and harmony from the interaction of the Clock slider and Speed knob. It aims for an immediate and tactile experience that encourages the player to keep their thumb on the slider and experiment.

Tremolo has been a staple effect since the 60’s. Now it’s time to welcome it to the 21st century. Don’t let your preconceptions fool you, this is not your average trem. Combining 3 distinct trem flavours into one pedal, the new Diamond Tremolo takes what it means to be a tremolo and pushes it well beyond the limits. At its core, the Diamond Tremolo offers classic amp style, optical amplitude modulation with sine, shark fin and square waveforms. Further enhancing the pedal, a modern FET chopper delivers a sharp edge, completely killed, tremolo effect and a new Dicer mode allows you to arm the pedal and use it as a momentary kill switch. Include the 11 rhythm control positions providing a number of different depth, mode and tempo accents and the updated Diamond Tremolo will be your go-to tone warping machine.

Blending analog companding, anti-aliasing|reconstruction filters with a bucket brigade style delay line, we have immaculately captured the ethereal essence of the original big-box Memory Lane using Diamond’s innovative digital Bucket Brigade Delay technology (dBBD). Basically what we’re saying is, you get all the goodness of the original Memory Lane in a smaller footprint, over double the delay time, extended frequency response, higher SNR, and at a fraction of the current draw. This innovative progression of the Memory Lane is defined by 3 distinct delay lines to offer modern or vintage sounds.

Inspired by the classic Colorsound power boosts of the early 70's, this one carries a bright control tone stack, more gain, and increased low end making it sweet for bass as well. Post knob controls the volume, Pre controls the gain, Bright control adds more bite as you turn it up. The Premium sounds like a very natural amp gain. It's open and raw, gets great feedback when cranked, and stacks very well. These are nowhere in the realm of TS overdrives, so if that's what you want, look elsewhere. Warm and bluesy, saturated full stack crunch, bright gain boost for solos... it's in there. No buffers, True Bypass. 9V battery or neg. ground DC jack.

The Vesta™ contains a brand new set of voices along with a familiar feature set. Based on a couple of your favorite amps of the 80s and 90s, you’ll feel right at home. Picture a classic Crunch tone suitable for rock and blues, along with a familiar 90s high-gain sound. If modern extended range high-gain is your thing, the Ceres™ delivered. If you’re more at home on a 6 string, the Vesta™ may be your preference. It’s smooth, chunky, thick, and more low-mid focused. It takes boosts just like your favorite vintage high-gain amps. It responds incredibly well to the guitar’s volume control. Note: The Clean channel is identical to the Ceres’.

It’s still not your typical boost. Where the Eros was designed for playing drop-tuned extended range guitar into the muddiest of amps, the Hera is completely different. It’s designed to push any amp with more typical standard tunings. It’s much more transparent and the low-end is full, yet clear. It will boost clean without overdrive, add a little grit, or add distortion. It has a 3-band active EQ for precision sculpting. Use it in front to add volume or grit to a clean or crunch channel. Or, put it in the loop for some unique boosting and EQ response changes. Similarly, use it before or after the Ceres / Vesta for even more control over its tones, and in order to get the most out of it based on your power amp situation.
