When Eric Gales tried DV Mark amps for the first time in a recording studio he was blown away by their tone! He recorded all his new album “Middle of the Road” using exclusively DV Mark amps! After that he needed something perfectly tailored on his needs, style and taste, so he worked together with Marco De Virgiliis to develop an amp that can deliver 100% of what his soul wants to express and deliver to the crowd. He just wanted a single sparkling and powerful channel with a big power amp to get huge headroom and dynamic. The DV "Raw Dawg" EG is a great sounding single channel head featuring an amazing Clean tone powered by a 6205 tube in the preamp section. Thanks to that, Eric can get a great super clean sound to use all his favorite pedals with, always getting that typical tube bite on it. A great sounding Reverb and a 250W MPT power amp complete this black beauty!

The plan from the start with G-Series pedals was to recreate the tone of our amplifiers. The Revv G2 was the final piece of that puzzle… but it turned into so much more! My goal was to make our most realistic & inspiring pedal to date. That actually came pretty quickly – a great representation of our touch-sensitive crunchy green channel! However, I sent it to one of our Nashville artists. He had great feedback totally unrelated to our green channel. Rather, how to simply make the best pedal possible for this application with maximum versatility as an “amp in a box.” Then one of our employees said it would be cool if the G2 could be used as a boost as well… With these new goals in mind, the G2 quickly became an entirely new animal. Very transparent at low settings – capable of livening up your clean tone, tightening a high gain sound, or boosting your tone into a creamy lead. Then, our sweet & dynamic green channel with powerful EQ to pair to your amp. Finally, a full but still very chimey distortion tone. This was our most important design yet. TRB was born as a versatile 6-string bass guitar along with the greater involvement of synthesizers in music in end of 1980s. TRB has been developed to cover low tonal range with a 6th string (low B), which could not be reached by orthodox 4-string bass, and also the 1st (high C) makes possible for advanced players for further improvisation and expression.TRB has employed a longer scale length of 35" to increase crisp tonal character in low range and great feel for string tension.
