Our etherCON QUAD DMX-AES/EBU adapter utilizes only one conductor pair of the customary 4-pair CAT cable, thus enabling the cost-efficient transmission of 4 parallel DMX or AES/EBU signals.

It is equipped with the 3-pin version of black female NEUTRIK® XLR metal connectors. After a 70 cm split, each single cable is TIA 568 A color-coded and ends in a special metal socket providing strain relief and kink protection. It is based on the tried-and-tested NEUTRIK® NE8FF.

For the intermediate long cable run we recommend the use of a network cable with, at least, one overall shield. You can cover distances of up to 150 meters if you use our first-rate CORDIAL CCAT 7A LONG RUN, featuring AWG 23.
