The DEEP TALKIN’ BASS Stainless Steel Quarter Wound strings are slightly ground to a smooth finish, but not as much as half round strings. They retain a bright tone and aren’t as rough to the fingers as a regular round wound string, so both frets and fingerboard won’t wear as quickly.
