The Boost and Cut for the Mid Control are each centered on slightly different frequencies, an innovation that delivers a preset range of the most favorable bass tones.

MR5 bridge

The Mono-Rail V is the ultimate bridge for bass string isolation. Each bridge is independently and securely locked down to the body for maximum vibration transfer without interference.

3-way Mid frequency switch

The 3-way Mid frequency switch allow players to change the mid-tone between 250, 450, and 700 Hz.

Paranormal Precision Bass Thinline SJ Olive

The Paranormal Precision Bass® Thinline SJ reimagines the original Fender® bass guitar as a resonant, semi-hollow tone machine loaded with an unconventional SJ pickup combination: a Fender-Designed alnico single-coil '51 P Bass® pickup in the neck position paired with a Fender-Designed alnico single-coil Jazz Bass® pickup at the bridge. Connected through a 3-way blade switch, this unique pairing delivers everything from the deep, thumping warmth of the original Precision Bass to the focused, growling bite of a Jazz Bass, and everywhere in between. Fender Player Fusion Precision Bass HH Halo Metallic

Designed for the players redefining what heavy looks like, the Fender® Limited Edition Fusion Series takes the most iconic silhouettes in guitar history and strips away everything that doesn't serve the riff. High-output humbuckers and noiseless single coils deliver the kind of tonal aggression that sits in a dense, down-tuned mix without disappearing. Built for the stage and the studio, the Fusion Series is Fender for the generation that plays loud and means it. The P Bass silhouette brings familiar balance and mass to a hard rock context, loaded with two high-output humbuckers that push deep, tight low end with enough midrange presence to cut through a wall of guitars. A thin Jazz Bass neck profile and 12" radius ebony fingerboard make the Fusion P Bass as fast and accessible as anything in the series.
