PERFECTION BUILT INTO THE DESIGN WITH LONGER LENGTH AND NOTCHES THAT COVER MORE GUITARS: Check the flatness of your fretboard to assist in fretwork with our notches that cover 17.6" of the fretboard and touch the fretboard between 22 fret slots which is more than most other products on the market. You can also use it to measure neck relief to see if you need to adjust the truss rod.
Custom notch design is like no other specification and works for most electric and acoustic guitars. F-25.5 fits all 25.34" to 25.625" fret scale lengths. G-24.75/P-25 fits all guitars with fret scale lengths ranging from 24.625" to 25".
17.6" Precision Flat ("notch-free") Straightedge: Lay on top of the frets to check their flatness and assist in fretwork. All 3 straightedges are precision ground to ensure smooth flat edges within an accuracy tolerance of +/-.00125"/ft.
Designed by our Sonoma, CA (USA) team, the premium quality 6063-T5 Aluminum has a blue anodized finish that is extremely durable, abrasion resistant and does not peel or chip. Imprecision is eliminated through single setup, continuous 5-axis CNC producing flawless features on all surfaces of our innovative triangle 3 wall design that is easy to hold and flex-free. Convenient hang hole included.
BONUS: The F-25.5 side also works on 24" scale and 22.75" scales by placing the first notch over the nut for the 24" scale and the second notch over the nut for the 22.75" scale.
