DiMarzio Fantom P90 Nickel

We don’t have to convince you that vintage P90 pickups are special. You already love their thick mid-range grittiness and growl, their creamy single-notes, and their harmonic bloom. The only drawback has been that P90s are noisy. DiMarzio’s challenge was to create a hum-canceling pickup that fit into a P90 cover yet retained the classic nuance, sound, and appearance of a Fifties P90. Our patent-pending design breaks new ground in guitar pickup development, and uses four coils to give you a P90 without the hum. So go ahead and crank up your amp without fear of the hum.

DiMarzio Fortitude Bridge F Nickel

Gojira guitarist and lead vocalist Joe Duplantier favors the tonality and nuances of a vintage PAF®. Joe had specific requirements based on adjustments made in his Silver Cord Recording Studio. First and foremost, he wanted a passive pickup that was vintage-sounding. For Joe, it’s all about the dynamic; he wants people to hear what he’s doing on the strings with his hands and the pick. He feels that’s the part of the chain that adds the spirit, soul, and life to the sound and prevents it from being flat.

DiMarzio PAF Joe Black

The PAF Joe™ is the latest neck pickup we developed for Joe Satriani. Joe wanted a neck position humbucker that combined the best qualities of the PAF Pro® with those of a late 50s Gibson® humbucker. Joe describes this tone as being “tubular”. Through the use of Virtual Vintage® technology, clear-sounding low frequencies are blended with warm-sounding mids and high frequencies, which makes the PAF Joe™ equally good for chords and single notes. Joe first used it throughout the 2003 G3 tour.

Eric Johnson Stratocaster Pickup Set Parchment

Customize your tone with the Pre-Wired Stratocaster pickguards. Made with premium components in the same factory as our iconic guitars, this drop-in pickguard is easy to install. Simply remove your old guard, solder the output jack and ground wires, screw in the new guard and you're ready to rock with pure Fender sound. Lollar Shim Pack for Dogear

The exact set of the neck can vary from guitar to guitar so there is no way of knowing exactly what thickness of shim(s) your guitar will need until you've got the instrument on the work bench. Our best recommendation is to use our shim pack, which contains the six most commonly used shims, plus two oversized shims for use in humbucker-size routs. Shims can be stacked to achieve a variety of heights.
