We’ve combined the most popular ‘Verbs and Trems into three different pairs. There’s nothing quite like the syrupy smooth sound of our Plate Reverb combined with Harmonic Tremolo.

SS – Spring Reverb and Sine Tremolo – Classic black panel amplifiers had spring reverb followed by a sine wave tremolo (at the power tubes)
PH – Plate Reverb and Harmonic Tremolo – Smooth reverb with swampy harmonic trem, what’s not to love?
PV – Plate Reverb and Pitch Vibrato – Vocal smooth vibrato with other-worldly reverb.

Reverb – Sounds and Controls

Spring Reverb: tube amp spring reverb – we simulate every detail of that classic vintage reverb sound.
Plate Reverb: bright, smooth reverb from a thin vibrating metal plate.
Reverb Decay: (Alt feature) Hold REVERB/ALT SWITCH down while adjusting Level knob.
Reverb Tone: (Alt feature) Hold REVERB/ALT SWITCH down while adjusting Rate knob.

Tremolo – Sounds and Controls

Sine Wave or Volume Tremolo: Sine wave tremolo simply adjusts the volume of the signal up and down.
Harmonic Tremolo: Just like tube-amp harmonic tremolo, your guitar signal is phase-split and filtered, almost like a phaser.
Pitch Vibrato: Bends the notes out of tune, you control how far and how fast.
Alt-Control-Tremolo Boost Volume: Hold REVERB/ALT footswitch down while adjusting Depth knob.

KMA Machines Active Stereo ABY

There’s nothing new about ABY boxes. They’re a very commonly used accessory and a staple part of many setups out there. But if they are so common, then (until we launched our passive Stereo ABY) why was it so difficult to find one in a stereo format that’s well built, noise-free AND affordable? This is a question we kept encountering as we use many stereo devices daily here at KMA, plus we know that a lot of users are just as mesmerised by the wide sonic worlds of stereo as we are. So, we made a killer stereo ABY switcher to use here at our workshop. In the process we found it so useful, so we decided to make the original STEREO ABY available to the world too in a pedal format. However, despite our passive boxes gracing thousands of rigs the world over, the Active STEREO ABY takes things a little further and is ideal for those who like to use the Y splitting or combining functions – at least with some signals that don’t always play nicely together, due to often differing impedances between connected devices. With KMA’s high quality active buffer, the pedal can also help eliminate level mismatches or even signal loss, if used with long cable runs. Whether you’re looking to switch or combine a Stereo input signal between two separate destinations or switch or combine two separate Stereo input signals into a single stereo output without signal loss, the KMA Machines STEREO ABY pedal is a dependable little helper for your tonal quest – the fate of your Stereo signals is in your hands!
