SolidGoldFX Beta-V Bass Preamp

Samtals m/vsk
36.990 kr.

The BETA-V from SolidGoldFX is a Bass Preamp pedal that kicks! This latest incarnation of SGFX’s top selling Beta Series is designed to capture the warmth and grit of favorite vintage tube amps. You know, that distinctive drive and tone that seems to be lacking from much of today’s modern bass amplification. Yes, we all know the convenience of a lightweight “sub 10 lbs” bass head that pumps out 500 watts and a neo cab that doesn’t require a roadie crew or chiropractor is great, but there is something extremely satisfying in the way that big, old Ampeg-style tube setups compress, clip and round out your signal. However, With the BETA-V you can finally have the best of both worlds - bone-shaking mojo-packed dirt, all wrapped up in modern and easy to use convenience.

SolidGoldFX Fuzzbox

Classic Fuzztones for the Modern age The SGFX Fuzzbox is a modern evolution of one of the most iconic fuzz circuits ever made, the Tone Bender Mk II. Originally developed in mid-’60s England, the Mk II helped define the sound of British rock with its thick, harmonically rich tone and incredible response to a player’s touch. It became an extension of the guitar itself, cleaning up with the volume knob and exploding into rich, singing sustain when pushed. That unmistakable sound found its way onto countless recordings and stages in the hands of players like Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, and Mick Ronson. These artists helped shape fuzz into something expressive, dynamic, and unmistakably musical. Fuzzbox builds on that legacy with a refined silicon design that preserves the character and responsiveness of the original while expanding its range and control. The goal isn’t to recreate one particular vintage unit, but to capture the essence of what made the Mk II so inspiring and give you the tools to shape it around your own sound and playing style.
